Hotels on ISL are a bit more expensive, and rooms may be smaller, but then again you would be in a 16th/17th century building. Hotel St Louis en Ile, Hotel Lutece, Hotel Deux Iles are some that I have stayed at or have knowledge of. .... My favorite Paris hotel in that price range is the Hotel Residence Henri IV, in same neighborhood.
